The vegan & gluten-free display is easy to understand — a cafe where those with allergies can choose with peace of mind 🌿 🪑 Sofa and table seats available — calming space. Basement but with an open feel — many people relaxing in the central plaza. 🍦 Vegan Soft Serve (Coffee Flavor) First-time coffee-flavored soft serve! Not too bitter, fragrant, with gentle soy-milk flavor lingering fluffily. A bit firm but melts in the mouth — a happy bite. 💬 This might be my best soft serve…! 🍰 Vegan × Gluten-Free Cheesecake "Cheese feel" is restrained. But cake-completion-level is high! Bottom crumbly cookie has cinnamon aroma. Top has sticky texture with refreshing raw-cheese-like lemon aroma fluffily spreading. Without dairy/egg/wheat — could feel this satisfied — felt that way.

TORIBA COFFEE, which closed in autumn 2022, has revived inside Yanmar in Yaesu! I heard they have gluten-free & vegan sweet items, so I stopped by with my daughter on a shopping trip. I ordered the iced spice (chai) coffee I've loved for ages, and a cheesecake. My daughter ordered the matcha latte and canelé. Both sweets are gluten-free & vegan-friendly — wonderful. The cheesecake has a gentle, not-too-assertive flavor — moist and refreshing. Pairs perfectly with coffee. The canelé is so rich you'd never guess it's plant-based, crisp outside and chewy inside. Both were delicious. The interior isn't large, but there's a spacious area in front of the shop with tables and chairs where you can eat and drink. My family stops at a café at least twice on outings, so it's truly helpful to have a place where I can enjoy coffee and sweets with peace of mind. I plan to come back often.
