HS bake&coffee

A small coffee stand at the entrance of a hair salon located further inside ☕ They have hashed cakes without wheat flour, eggs, dairy, or white sugar, along with organic and house-made drinks with carefully chosen ingredients. Currently sweets are limited to hashed cake and gelato. The gelato can't be ordered solo — it's offered only as a set with hashed cake. There are currently two kinds of hashed cake. I was aiming for the lemon & pistachio cake, but it seems you can't add gelato to that alone, so I had a plate with two half-size cakes (the lemon-pistachio plus the standard banana & black sesame) and gelato — a half-and-half plate. The gelato is vegan, made by TUTTO in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa ♪ The Yame Gyokuro Matcha was delicious! I'm happy to have had gelato from a shop I had wanted to visit for years ♡ For a drink, I had the domestic-organic matcha latte with soy milk on ice. Most matcha lattes use a pre-sweetened mix, but as expected from a shop offering white-sugar-free sweets, an unsweetened option is available — happy about that ♪ The coffee also seems to be carefully sourced. There's apparently a barista, but they weren't there that day — the staff serving were salon staff. Two counter seats, a bench for 2-3 people, and a dog-friendly terrace seating about 2-3 people. Whether you'll be seated right away depends on luck (lol). The staff were all pleasant, with comfortable BGM shared with the salon, a cute shop design, and a current menu lineup — a pleasant shop ☆
