A small cafe located right in front of the "Ebisu 4-chome" exit, accessible by taking the "Ebisu Skywalk" moving walkway from the east exit of Ebisu Station. The cafe features a white-based interior and serves coffee and homemade sweets. Its former name was "Maica".
— Double scoop of ice cream with two flavors.
The shop's signature item is ice cream. The standard is a "double," where you choose two flavors to be served together, with options including roasted pistachio and salted caramel. In addition to ice cream, they also offer cakes and baked goods such as New York cheesecake, carrot cake, and cookies. It's a small cafe, but it has a wide selection of sweets, with ice cream at its core.
The only gluten-free and vegan item available was the oat cookies 🍪
According to the staff, the only other gluten-free sweets on display in the showcase were the oat cookies and pudding 🍮
The staff member kindly explained the ingredients and flavors in detail.
When I actually tried them, the cookies were moist with a gentle sweetness accented by bitter chocolate, and I enjoyed them with a chai latte! The more I chewed, the more flavor it developed, and it wasn't too sweet, so I personally found it very delicious.
The shop had a calm atmosphere, with both counter and table seating, making it a place you can enjoy alone or with 2-3 people.
They also offer pound cake, pudding, ice cream, and drinks, each with different flavors, so it seems like a place you could enjoy visiting multiple times!
