Visited Imoka, sister shop of the organic restaurant Midorie. I ordered the "Imo-zukushi Imoka Crepe." The crepe's sweetness is quite restrained! But that brings out the sweet potato's natural sweetness and the purple sweet potato Mont Blanc. The sauce and ice cream on top of the crepe also had a gentle sweetness — delicious. Gluten-free is reassuring! They said the batter doesn't use nuts. Some menu items use nuts, so those avoiding nuts should confirm with staff! The shop is on the 1st floor along the train tracks — stroller entry should be easy. The interior is small but has table seats. I visited on a weekday evening, with few eat-in customers but many doing takeout! Sweet potato pudding and sweet potatoes are available for takeout. I took home 2 sweet potato cakes — also delicious!
