A shop located on the 1st floor of Skytree Town Solamachi, right at the facility entrance. There's terrace seating, table seating, sofa seating, and a partitioned shared table. Once you get to the back of the store, it seems easy enough to bring in a stroller. They have plastic cups and plates for kids. [Shinshu Jushi Pork Ham Italian Salad] A paper bowl based on mixed leaves, packed with brown rice barley and mozzarella, topped with juicy Shinshu Jushi pork ham. You can choose from several dressings — balsamic, salt-lemon, French, spicy — and I went with the recommended balsamic. The brown rice barley adds a nice accent and it's a satisfying salad with a flavor I really enjoyed.
