A café offering organic coffee/tea and traditional sun-dried bancha drinks, plus food made with pesticide-free brown rice, carefully selected eggs, and seasonal organic vegetables. ■ Baked Donut (Choco) No wheat flour, no milk. Not at all dry/crumbly as gluten-free can be — fluffy! Chocolate-coated but with restrained sweetness. Being baked, no oil heaviness — could polish it off. ■ Apple Cake No wheat flour, no sugar. They ask if you want cream cheese on the side or cinnamon sprinkled when ordering. No sugar, so the apple cake itself isn't really sweet, but the cream cheese acidity and agave syrup sweetness balance perfectly. No dryness — moist, gentle texture. ■ Tea (Earl Grey) The organic tea was plentiful and delicious. Didn't order this time, but the food menu's "Egg Brown with Soup" is also gluten-free! (⚠️ Hayashi Rice's roux uses wheat) □ Allergy confirmation: Wheat and some ingredients are labeled on the menu, but others need verbal confirmation with staff (no chart). □ Gluten-free: Yes □ Seats: Counter, sofa, table □ Stroller: Step at entrance.
