Work brought me to Toranomon Hills. I went to a pasta fast-food shop I'd been curious about. For +¥250, you can swap to rice flour gluten-free noodles. Directly connected to Toranomon and Toranomon Hills stations, so weather isn't a concern — happy! Open kitchen — easy to enter. The menu used to have allergen marks, but recently it's changed to "please notify staff if you have allergies." There's a menu at the storefront; buy at the ticket machine and take a seat. * Gluten-free noodle swap can be done at the ticket machine, but it's safer to confirm details. The full allergen chart is only held by full-time staff; they'll check and accommodate removal of items. (At least 1 full-time staff member is always present.) This day, I ordered Vegetable-Loaded Garlic Anchovy Pasta as a salad set, swapped to gluten-free noodles. The medium-thick rice-flour-white pasta was delicious! I only swapped to gluten-free noodles, but I learned that the brown powder on top is panko crisped with garlic oil. For meat sauce dishes, grated cheese is added at the end — those with allergies should confirm and ask for removal.
