The concept is a blend of food and art. One-of-a-kind artworks painted directly by artists span the walls, pillars, and ceiling, so you dine surrounded by them. The signature Sakura-yaki is an okonomiyaki (savory pancake) wrapping several fillings such as seafood and pork belly in egg, alongside standards and variations like mixed okonomiyaki and demi-tomato-cheese okonomiyaki. The all-you-can-eat course of okonomiyaki, monja, and yakisoba runs about two hours. There are also toppings of wild herbs (such as dock, slender amaranth, lamb's quarters, plantain, purslane, dandelion, dayflower, violet, chickweed, and mugwort) grown without pesticides on the company's own farm in the Tohoku region, offered in combinations that vary by season and harvest.
