WOODBERRY BAKERY

The first bake shop from the WOODBERRY COFFEE brand. A bakery café offering baked goods and bread with health-conscious recipes — vegan, gluten-free — focused on carefully selected organic ingredients, with the concept "a bakery kind to body and earth." They've also started using homemade natural yeast for bread! What I ordered: Yakushima Tea Raw Cake ¥770 (vegan/gluten-free) Pistachio Knot ¥383 (vegan) Today's Coffee ¥500 (Eat-in is 1-drink system) The Yakushima tea raw cake has a firm sticky texture, with quite restrained sweetness — a refined raw cake with saltiness and ingredient-feel. Surprisingly low sweetness; sweets-lovers might feel underwhelmed. The pistachio knot was chewy and fluffy with solid sweetness, no vegan vibe — a muffin anyone would like, with satisfying chew! The coffee is easy to drink and refined. Want to try other vegan & gluten-free items next time — seasonal items too — would visit regularly. Eat-in seating is about 25 — relaxing! Space design has a "city park" theme — bright light through the large window facing the sidewalk, with wood and tile textures making it stylish yet approachable!
