Located very close to Akasaka Station, this cafe specializes in espresso and lattes. It's a branch of STREAMER COFFEE COMPANY, which was started in Shibuya in 2010 by Hirofumi Sawada, the first Asian to win the "Free Pour Latte Art Championship" in Seattle in 2008. The Akasaka branch opened in 2021. In addition to coffee, they also serve alcohol, making it a cafe and bar in one.
— Streamer Latte with 21g shots
The signature drink is the "Streamer Latte," a café latte made with espresso and plenty of milk. The base shot uses 21g of beans per cup, resulting in a bitter, strong type with a thick, full-bodied texture. Due to its texture, the brand calls this shot "MUD." They also offer the "Revolver Latte," which uses double the amount of beans, showcasing a richness that stands up to the milk. This is a place in Akasaka where you can experience the brand's signature style of drinking strong espresso with milk.
I heard they serve gluten-free baked goods, so I visited after a long time.
On the day I visited, they had two types: Military Pound Cake and Military Chiffon Cake.
I chose the Military Chiffon Cake.
It had a light and fluffy texture, yet was substantial, making it a very satisfying treat.
Since I occasionally frequent this cafe, I was very happy to see that they now have more gluten-free options for when I want something sweet.
There are many cafes, but often even if the coffee is delicious, they don't have gluten-free sweets, or conversely, they have gluten-free menu items but the coffee is underwhelming. This cafe, however, has a rich and delicious coffee, and the increased gluten-free options are a bonus for me.
I was in perfect health that day, and I didn't experience any adverse effects afterward.
However, as mentioned in the safety assessment section, since the product was not individually packaged and was displayed in the same case as baked goods containing wheat, the possibility of cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore, people with celiac disease or those who react to even trace amounts of gluten should take this into consideration.

Safety Rating★★★Uneasy
Because the products were not individually packaged and were displayed in the same case as baked goods containing wheat, I felt that the possibility of cross-contamination could not be completely ruled out.
