UnCharme Cafe

A Fuchu cafe dining where you can have chewy gluten-free pancakes. On the 2nd floor of a building, about 1 minute on foot from the north exit. There are several counter and table seats, with 2 sofa seats in the back. There's also a kids' space. The main is hamburgers. There seem to be items using soy meat. Only pancakes have a gluten-free notation. For pancakes, it took over 30 minutes from order to serving. It was morning, so timing may have been an issue. If you're really hungry, be cautious. With my companion ordering the same item, there was a 5-minute time lag between servings too. This time I had the seasonal-sauce pancakes — with grape sauce and fruit. A ghost-marshmallow-like thing on top was cute.
