2026.01.26“Mamo Kebab Roppongi”
If you’re looking for a quick halal bite in Roppongi, this is a good place to stop by. I had the kebab with fried potatoes, with a mix of chicken and beef and honestly, the taste was amazing. It’s easily one of the tastiest kebabs I’ve tried in Tokyo.
The sauce is redundant, so I’d recommend trying it without sauce if you prefer something lighter. That said, the place itself is very small and quite old. The tables and seats really need renovation, and it’s definitely not stroller-friendly.
So I’d see this spot more as a quick, casual, and tasty stop, rather than a place to sit and relax. They don’t have official halal certification, but the owners and chef are Muslim and prepare the food accordingly. There’s also a big halal flag hanging outside, which makes it easy to spot.
