95YOOYA (95ヨーヤ)

恵比寿駅すぐの場所にあるビルマ料理店「95YOOYA」。エリアらしいおしゃれな雰囲気の中、明るく親切なスタッフさんが食事制限についても丁寧に確認してくれる安心感のあるお店です。今回いただいたのはビーガン風シャンヌードル（スープあり）。どこか懐かしく、昔香港で食べた上海料理を思わせる優しい味付けで、野菜・厚揚げ・豆腐も入り満足感あり。もちもちのライスヌードルとの相性も抜群でした。次回は豆チャーハンにも挑戦してみたい一軒です。

95yooya in Ebisu is a cozy Yunnan Burmese restaurant with a warm and aesthetic interior, and although it is not halal certified, all of the menu is halal and Muslim friendly. The atmosphere feels very homey with beautiful decor and a relaxing ambience, perfect for lunch. I tried the Yunnan rice with fried egg, the noodle dish with crispy topping, and the beef set, all flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Overall it is a delicious place with great vibes, friendly service, and fully halal dishes right in the heart of Ebisu.
