The broth was creamy with sesame, thick, aromatic, and carried a bold but enjoyable spice. The noodles are handmade and freshly prepared, with a soft but springy texture that holds the soup really well. Since the noodles are handmade, you can feel the difference in every bite, they taste natural, fresh, and more satisfying than regular noodles. The beef slices were thin, tender, and seasoned beautifully, adding richness to the bowl. The karaage chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, making it a perfect side dish to pair with the spicy ramen. My verdict? Yes, all menus are halal eventho the restaurant doesnt have the halal-certified, but all the menu prepared are using halal meat and muslim-friendly ingredients , so I could order and eat with full confidence. The staff already understands Muslim dietary needs, which made the whole experience smooth, easy, and worry-free ✅💛 Cautions: No halal-related concerns, but the sesame broth and karaage are quite rich, so it might feel heavy if you’re not used to creamy soups or fried sides. The yogurt is highly recommended to reset your palate at the end
