2025.10.31“Muslim-Friendly restaurant in Ueno✨”
✨Dishes: What I ate & my verdict I ordered the Domestic Beef Intestine Hotpot (motsunabe) and Special Raw Roe set, along with the Domestic Beef Lunch Meal. They serve lunch menu sets only on weekends, so I went on a weekend to try it. The restaurant is not halal certified, but most foods are Muslim friendly, and you can ask the staff to show the Muslim-friendly options. For weekend lunch, all dishes are halal, which is very reassuring. Everything tasted incredibly delicious, especially the motsunabe broth and the beef. I chose medium cook, and it came out juicy, tender, and melted in my mouth. The flavors were rich and full of umami. It was honestly one of the best halal weekend lunches I've had around Ueno. 🔥
✨Feelings: How it made me feel The food was warm, comforting, and extremely tasty. The ambience is welcoming and calm, and the dining space is private-style, which made the experience feel very cozy and comfortable. I could enjoy the meal without feeling rushed, and it felt like a safe and pleasant place to unwind. 🌿
✨Safety: Staff understanding & needs I could eat safely and with confidence because the staff really understands halal and Muslim-friendly requests. They are respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They willingly explained the menu and made sure I ordered only items that fit my needs. Alhamdulillah, the experience felt secure for a Muslim diner. 🤍
✨Cautions: Things to note Since the restaurant is not halal certified, I still recommend that you inform the staff that you are Muslim and want to order Muslim-friendly or halal options only, just to avoid any confusion. They handle it well, but letting them know early makes it smoother. Also keep in mind that the lunch set is only available on weekends
