Cabe Indonesian Restaurant in Meguro is not halal certified, but all the food is Muslim friendly and the chef is Muslim, so I felt comfortable eating here. I ordered the Ayam Lalapan lunch menu and a pastel, both tasted authentic and delicious, especially the sambal that came with the ayam. The portion was generous and the flavors reminded me of home. The restaurant also provides a prayer room, which is very convenient for Muslim customers. Overall, it is a cozy Indonesian spot with good food, friendly service, and a safe dining experience for Muslims
