Every evening begins with a conversation.

This is the first step — a short request, a few minutes. Within 1–2 business days, you'll hear from us personally, with a dietary profile to capture every detail of how your party eats. Once you've filled it in, we design your evening with the chef — and confirm your date and course.

The opening rate

During our opening season, ¥8,000 off each course. Choosing it means agreeing to its three conditions:

  • Photography of the evening — including moments in which you may be identifiable — for our website and channels
  • A short review at the end of dinner — a rating and a sentence, from each guest
  • A short survey on a card at the table, before you leave (a few minutes)

Prefer to dine without the conditions? The regular rate carries none of them — both doors are open.

If the opening season ends before we confirm with the chef, we'll let you know and offer the regular rate.Please choose a rate.

Dietary needs

No need to write the details here. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a dietary profile — built to capture every nuance, allergy, severity, and cross-contamination need — before we speak to the chef. Take this first step lightly; we'll go deep together.

Nothing is charged now. Payment comes only after your evening is fully designed and confirmed — due three days before your evening.
This request is the first step of a conversation, not a commitment. We reply within 1–2 business days, and until the payment deadline, you may step away at any time.
