English: WE TABLE JOURNEY vol. 001 is a curated dining experience for international visitors with dietary needs. We provide an evening at a carefully selected Tokyo restaurant, with detailed dietary consultation in advance, Japanese-language coordination with the chef, and on-site guidance on the night.

English: ※ Prices include consumption tax and on-site guidance service. ※ Beverages are not included. They are settled at the restaurant on the night. ※ A minimum of two guests is required (Plan C requires four or more). ※ The Inaugural Rate is limited to the first three bookings, offering ¥10,000 off each course price. Once those three bookings are confirmed, only the regular rates above apply. Application of the Inaugural Rate is subject to three conditions, as described at the time of booking: (1) consent to photography and its use, (2) a short on-site review from each guest at the end of the dinner, and (3) a short marketing survey completed within 14 days.

Payment Timing / 支払時期
English: Payment is due three days before your reservation, via Stripe. Once payment is received, the restaurant begins preparing for your evening.

English: "Three days before" means, as a general rule, 18:00 JST on the calendar date three days prior to your reservation. Example: for a reservation on 23 July, this is 18:00 JST on 20 July — 02:00 Los Angeles / Vancouver, 05:00 New York / Toronto, 10:00 London, 17:00 Singapore, 19:00 Sydney, all on 20 July. (A July example; daylight saving may shift these by an hour.) Individual arrangements may be agreed where circumstances require.
日本語： 「3日前」とは、原則としてご予約日から起算して3日前の暦日の日本時間18時を指します。例：7月23日のご予約であれば、7月20日 18:00（JST）＝ロサンゼルス／バンクーバー 02:00、ニューヨーク／トロント 05:00、ロンドン 10:00、シンガポール 17:00、シドニー 19:00（いずれも7月20日）。（7月の例。サマータイムにより1時間前後する場合があります。）ご事情により、個別に異なる取扱いをすることがございます。
Service Delivery / サービス提供時期
English: Following an initial consultation period of approximately two weeks for dietary review and coordination with the chef, the experience takes place on the day of your reservation. For shorter timelines, please contact us — we will see what can be arranged.
