Reservation Flow and Payment Timing / ご予約の流れと支払いタイミング
English: WE TABLE JOURNEY reservations follow these steps:
- Initial request — Share your preferred date, group size, course, and an overview of your dietary needs via our reservation request form.
- Detailed consultation — We send you a detailed dietary profile, and consult with the chef in advance.
- Reservation confirmed — Once coordination with the chef is complete, your reservation is confirmed.
- Payment deadline — The course fee is settled via Stripe no later than three days before your reservation.
- On the day — We guide you to the counter at the appointed time.

- 初回リクエスト：ご予約リクエストフォームより、ご希望の日付・人数・コース・食事制限の概要を共有いただきます。
- 詳細ヒアリング：食事制限・アレルギーに関する詳細なフォームをお送りし、シェフと事前に協議します。
- ご予約確定：シェフとの調整が完了し次第、ご予約を確定いたします。
- お支払い期限：ご予約日の 3日前まで に、Stripe経由でコース料金をお支払いいただきます。
- 当日：お時間にカウンターへご案内いたします。
Definition of the Payment Deadline / お支払い期限の定義
English: As a general rule, "three days before your reservation" means the calendar date three days prior to your reservation date, and the deadline is 18:00 Japan Standard Time (JST) on that date.
Example — for a reservation on the evening of 23 July, the deadline is 18:00 JST on 20 July, which is:
- 02:00 — Los Angeles / Vancouver (PDT)
- 05:00 — New York / Toronto (EDT)
- 10:00 — London (BST)
- 17:00 — Singapore (SGT)
- 19:00 — Sydney (AEST)
(All on 20 July. A July example; daylight saving in North America, the UK, and Australia may shift these by an hour at other times of year.)
"Payment confirmed" means that your payment has been completed via Stripe and confirmed by us. As a general rule, if payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the reservation is cancelled and the seats are released.
This is a general rule. For last-minute reservations, or where circumstances require, we may agree a different arrangement with you individually.
日本語： 原則として、「ご予約日の3日前」とは、ご予約日から起算して3日前の暦日を指し、お支払い期限は当該日の日本時間（JST）18時とします。
例 ── 7月23日の夜のご予約の場合、期限は7月20日 18:00（JST）。各地の現地時刻では：
- ロサンゼルス／バンクーバー（PDT） 02:00
- ニューヨーク／トロント（EDT） 05:00
- ロンドン（BST） 10:00
- シンガポール（SGT） 17:00
- シドニー（AEST） 19:00
（いずれも7月20日。7月の例です。北米・英国・豪州のサマータイムにより、時期によって1時間前後する場合があります。）
「お支払いの確認」とは、Stripeによる決済が完了し、当社が確認した状態を指します。原則として、期限までに確認できない場合、ご予約はキャンセルとし、お席を解放いたします。
これは原則です。直前のご予約の場合、その他ご事情がある場合には、個別にご相談のうえ、異なる取扱いをすることがございます。

You may cancel for any reason before the payment deadline. For cancellations due to personal reasons, payment processing fees are non-refundable due to the nature of the payment system.

お支払い期限までであれば、理由を問わずキャンセルが可能です。お客様のご都合によるキャンセルの場合、決済システムの仕様により決済手数料相当額は返金対象外となりますので、ご了承ください。
After the Payment Deadline / お支払い期限以降

After the payment deadline, the chef begins sourcing ingredients for your dinner alone. For this reason, cancellations are generally non-refundable from this point onward.

お支払い期限を過ぎますと、シェフがあなたの夜のためだけに食材を仕入れ始めます。このため、原則として返金はいたしかねます。
Reservation Changes / 日程変更について
English: Date changes are accommodated where possible, provided the request is made before the payment deadline (three days before the reservation). Availability depends on the chef's schedule. Date changes are generally not possible after the payment deadline.
日本語： ご予約日の変更は、お支払い期限（ご予約日の3日前）までであれば、可能な限り対応いたします。シェフの空き状況により、ご希望の日程にお応えできない場合がございます。お支払い期限を過ぎてからの日程変更は、原則として承れません。
Refund Method / 返金方法
English:
- Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days from the date of your request
- Depending on your card issuer, additional days may be required for the refund to appear on your account

- 返金処理期間：申請から5〜10営業日
- お客様のご利用カード会社の処理により、口座への反映にさらに数日かかる場合があります
Important Notes / 重要事項
English:
- WE TABLE communicates your dietary restrictions to the chef with care and accuracy, but we cannot guarantee the restaurant's ingredient management or kitchen processes.
- If you have severe allergies or celiac sensitivities, please contact info@wetable.jp before booking.
- Refunds for cancellations after the payment deadline are not possible even in cases of illness or personal circumstances on the day. We strongly recommend obtaining travel and medical insurance.
- For our emergency response protocols and limitation of liability, please refer to our Terms of Service.
- This policy may be updated without prior notice. Please check this page for the latest version.
