English: WE TABLE JOURNEY vol. 001 is a curated dining experience for international visitors with dietary needs. We provide an evening at a carefully selected Tokyo restaurant, with detailed dietary consultation in advance, Japanese-language coordination with the chef, and on-site guidance on the night.

日本語： WE TABLE JOURNEY vol. 001 は、食事制限を持つ訪日旅行者のために、選び抜かれた東京のレストランでの一夜を、事前のヒアリング・シェフとの日本語での協議・当日のご案内とともにご提供するキュレーション体験サービスです。

English: ※ Prices include consumption tax and on-site guidance service. ※ Beverages are not included. They are settled at the restaurant on the night. ※ The Inaugural Rate is limited to the first three bookings. Once those three bookings are confirmed, only the regular rate (¥26,000) applies. Application of the Inaugural Rate is subject to three conditions (a written reflection after the evening, consent to photography, and feedback through a brief form), as described at the time of booking. ※ Private Counter is a flat rate of ¥200,000 per evening, regardless of the number of guests. A single-guest booking is possible, but the rate remains the same.

Payment Timing / 支払時期

English: Payment is due three days before your reservation, via Stripe. Once payment is received, the restaurant begins preparing for your evening.

Service Delivery / サービス提供時期

English: Following an initial consultation period of approximately two weeks for dietary review and coordination with the chef, the experience takes place on the day of your reservation. For shorter timelines, please contact us — we will see what can be arranged.
